The Position
As a key member of the Engineering team, you'll leverage your coding skills and attention to detail to help build a world-class interface and delightful user experience that is fast and frictionless to use.
What You'll Do
Bring UI designs to life with clean, efficient React/Next.js/TypeScript code
Collaborate with Product Design to refine UX and ensure technical feasibility
Integrate with backend APIs to implement dynamic data-driven interfaces
Optimize performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices
Contribute to shared UI component libraries and style guides
Investigate and resolve bugs and UI inconsistencies
Grow your skills as an individual contributor and champion front-end best practices
Our Ideal Candidate
4+ years shipping production-grade React/TypeScript applications
Passion for polished user experiences and pixel-perfect attention to detail
Genuine interest in AI/LLMs and prompt engineering
Up-to-date with modern web standards, responsive CSS, and cross-browser quirks
Command of the React ecosystem, including Redux, Next.js, and Jest
Solid grasp of UX principles, accessibility, and performance optimization
Experience building rich text editors (e.g., Slate, Lexical) a bonus
Familiarity with UI design tools like Figma and design systems
Experience with unit testing, integration testing, E2E testing, and CI/CD pipelines
Enjoys adding elegant animations (Framer, GSAP, etc.) throughout an interface
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with Design and Backend teams
Driven mindset to proactively tackle challenges and level up your skills as an IC
Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
